Does
bigger Gauge mean better furniture?
Contrary to popular belief, bigger the gauge, thinner is the furniture in our
industry.
For ex., gauge 18 is thicker (1.25 mm) & stronger (& hence better) than
gauge 20 (1 mm) or gauge 22 (0.8 mm) & so on.

In other words,
'Bhatti Paint' means 'Oven
Baked Paint'. We
pretreat the metal with chemicals for enhanced life.
Then give 4 coats of paint
: l
Primer, l Putty or filler, l
Surfacer finishing primer, l Two coats of
finished paint.
Then
the furniture is baked in the oven.

Electrostatically charged particles are applied
on the metal by which you get uniformly coated surface.
This is useful for chairs, tables, sliding doors, cupboards,
etc.
